Matthew Jolles is a founder and the principal owner of Premier National Sports (PNS). With a strong background in sports management, event coordination, and athlete development, Matthew is dedicated to empowering athletes and fostering community engagement. Under his leadership, Premier National Sports has launched initiatives like the Independence FC Soccer Academy, Dragons LC Elite Youth Lacrosse and bringing high-level sports opportunities such as two pre-pro level soccer clubs to Jersey City.
In 2026, Matthew Jolles and PNS will launch the Champions League Series and Championship Cup tournament events, growing the youth sports tournament landscape to a new level.

A certified personal trainer, wellness expert, and passionate dancer, Courtney brings a dynamic energy to her work. Dedicated to athleticism, youth development, and community engagement, she is committed to elevating the impact of sports through innovative marketing and storytelling.

Matthew Tarshis brings over 20 years of experience in driving organizational excellence and fostering inclusive workplace culture. With a proven ability to align human resources strategies with business goals, Matt specializes in employee engagement, leadership development, recruitment, training and change management, boosting retention by cultivating a dynamic company culture.
Committed to professional growth and collaboration, Matt holds his SHRM-SCP certification and actively participates in industry organizations to stay ahead of emerging HR practices. Outside of the workplace, Matt enjoys time with family and friends and playing pickleball.
